Is this eligible for Co-Op?
Yes, the cost of GTB Studio production, set at $299 per month, is fully eligible for Co-op reimbursement under the new Ford Dealer Co-op guidelines. However, please be aware that videos produced using GTB Studio must undergo compliance reviews if they are used and submitted for media reimbursement.
How do I get charged?
GTB Studio now offers two billing options: The $299 monthly subscription for unlimited video downloads can be charged directly to your parts statement or a credit card, offering more flexibility in managing your expenses.
How often do I need to renew my subscription?
Annual subscription members will be alerted by e-mail to renew their access.
Are there any other videos besides nameplates?
Yes. Mobile Service, Pickup & Delivery, Ford BlueCruise content will be added soon. After that, we will have content for the Summer Sales Event, multi-line truck and SUV and SUV Season.
Can my ad agency have access to this for my dealership?
Yes. Just provide us their email address(es) and we’ll handle the rest. If they need additional training, just let us know.
Is Spanish and female AI voice over available?
Yes, there are templates in both English and Spanish. Female voiceovers will be added in Q1 of 2024.
Can I upload my own footage, voice over or music?
Yes, you can upload up to 10 seconds of your video to the end card of your video.
Besides video, are there any other customizable assets within the tool?
Not at launch (2nd Q 2023), we are focusing on broadening our video choices and AI voice options. However, we are currently in development to expand GTB Studio as a customizable tool to provide digital banners, site heroes and social media assets by Q4 2023.
Do you have a customer support?
Dealer support will include site FAQs, and a dedicated customer support team to address any questions or issues.
Need to cancel your subscription?
We understand circumstances can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your subscription. If that’s the case simply submit a request to Support@GTB.com, and your subscription will be canceled. Please note cancellations will take effect 60 days after your request. This ensures you have enough time to download any content you need before your subscription ends.
